This is an industrial desalination device that uses reverse osmosis technology to convert seawater into fresh water. Reverse osmosis technology is a process of desalination by applying a pressure greater than the osmotic pressure of the solution to force water molecules through a semipermeable membrane, while impurities such as salt, bacteria, and organic matter are retained. As can be seen from the picture, this device has the following features:
1. Control panel: There is a control panel on the top of the device with multiple buttons and indicator lights for operating and monitoring the operating status of the device.
2. Pressure gauge: There are two pressure gauges below the control panel for monitoring the water pressure in the system.
3. Filter: There are two large white filters in the middle of the device for pre-treating seawater and removing large particles of impurities.
4. Pump: There is a blue pump at the bottom to provide the necessary pressure for seawater to pass through the reverse osmosis membrane.
5. Safety warning: There is a yellow safety warning label on the device to remind operators to pay attention to safety.
6. Material: The appearance of the equipment is made of stainless steel and plastic, which is suitable for use in marine environments and is corrosion-resistant. Such equipment is usually used on ships, islands or coastal areas to provide fresh water resources. The 3-ton daily processing capacity means that it can produce 3 tons of fresh water per day, which is suitable for medium-sized communities or ships.
